In order to become a client of Four Villages, you must live in our catchment area. Our service area extends south from St. Clair Ave. W. to Lake Ontario and east from the Humber River to Roncesvalles. If you live outside of this area, please visit the Association of Ontario Health Centres or our Links page to find a Community Health Centre near you.
